Ist Game Star - Jake Bullen

The Ducks came out strong on Saturday night, defeating the Royals 6-2 to take the series 4 games to 1.

The Ducks struck early when Jake Bullen (Brandon Duffy and Nick Brewster) scored just 1.47 into the game.  The Ducks took that lead into the dressing room.

In the second, the Ducks were unstoppable, with five goals.  Duffy got two goals and an assist, Bullen  had a goal an an assist, Andrew Bellefontaine had three assists, and Matt Shannon had two assists.  Nick Hart had a goal, and there were assists from Doug Hore and Matt MacLellan.  Windsor could not solve goalie Travis Smith, and it was 6-0 Ducks after two.

In the third, Coady White and David Knowles notched goals for Windsor, but it was too little, too late, and Windsor's season was over.

Shots on goal were 42-42, with Travis Smith making 40 saves for another win.
